Attend Academic Success Workshop
Attend required Academic Success Workshop. This workshop is designed to teach strategies for studying, time management and effective use of campus resources. Workshops are in-person and last for 60 minutes.
Workshops will be held from Monday, January 13 - Friday, January 24
Students will be able to register for these workshops starting December 20 on Engage. Make sure to sign in to Engage with your App State email to view your invitation, as it is tied to your email.
If you have extenuating circumstances that will not allow you to attend an in-person Academic Success Workshop on the Boone Campus, please reach out to studentsuccess@appstate.edu as soon as possible to discuss your options for completing this requirement.
Unfortunately, failure to complete these requirements will result in a hold which prevents you from registering for future classes.
Requests for Accommodations
Contact the Office of Access and Equity: Disability Resources if you need accommodations due to a disability. Requests for accommodations should be made at least two weeks prior to an Academic Success Workshop or appointment-based service.
