Academic Success Coaches support students in one-on-one appointments to develop the soft skills it takes to be successful in college, such as time management, organization, study skills, and more. Coaches can create personalized success plans for students tailored to the student's specifc academic needs and goals. Our coaches are trained Graduate Assistants who have demonstrated success with these academic strategies and are dedicated to holistically supporting students.

Topics include:

  • Time management
  • Study strategies
  • Managing procrastination
  • Organization
  • Identifying campus resources
  • Goal-setting
  • Virtual learning
  • Strengths identification
  • And more!

Academic Success Coaches are able to work with all students across all majors. In-person and virtual appointments are available.

Students can meet regularly with a coach over the course of the semester to develop academic success skills and work toward their goals through their personalized success plan, or one-time coaching appointments are also available. We strive to accomodate students with the support model that will best fit their individual needs.
